We have been getting settled in these past few days. We have had fun getting to know the layout of the town and meeting a lot of new people. I read that there are over 50 cultures represented in Puerto Viejo with a population of less than 2,000 people. We have already met a lot of the kids we will be working with. Some of their stories are heart breaking, but it has been awesome to see how God has worked in their lives. We will get to meet more people tonight at church. Getting ready for that now.
Also it is rainy season so it has been super nice, “fresh” as the locals put it, and cool at night. We made a video to post.... just can't figure out how to upload it because it is so large...
